Matterport Pro3 digital twins

The Pro3 uses laser scanning to produce accurate, measurable 3D models of interiors and exteriors, from a single shop unit to a large multi-storey building. The standard output is an interactive walkthrough with high-resolution stills and video, all accessible through one link.

Drone survey and photography

The DJI Air 3S captures high-level photography, video and inspection footage of roofs, elevations and wider sites quickly and safely, avoiding the cost and risk of working at height. It's a practical tool for condition inspections, maintenance planning, compliance monitoring and marketing. All flights are carried out in line with Civil Aviation Authority requirements.

Outputs from a single capture

Once a building is captured, the same scan can be turned into the information each project needs, without another site visit. Additional outputs are available on request and quoted separately.

Schematic floor plans

Clean, measured floor plans generated directly from the scan, suitable for marketing particulars, lease plans, space planning and estate records.

CAD files

2D CAD drawings produced from the scan, giving architects, designers and facilities teams an accurate as-built starting point for refurbishment, fit-out and building management.

BIM files

A 3D Revit model with accompanying 2D CAD, for clients who need structured building information for design, construction and long-term facilities management.

Point cloud data

High-density E57 point cloud files in a vendor-neutral format, for engineers, surveyors and design teams working in their own specialist software.

MatterPak data sets

A package of 3D data assets, including the model, point cloud and reflected ceiling plans, that lets design and development professionals jumpstart a project with accurate existing conditions.
