Social impact
Sarah Goodwin is SPG's FAIR Lead. She embeds the principles of Fairness, Accessibility, Inclusion and Resilience across all area's of the Groups work. Our approach is based on the principle that social value should deliver genuine local benefit rather than simply activity. We will work with the client and relevant local organisations, charities, community groups and other stakeholders to identify opportunities that respond to local priorities and maximise positive impact.

Armed Forces Covenant
Statement Property Group has committed to the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust Covenant. The Covenant is a promise from the nation to those who serve, those who have served, and their families — that they are treated fairly and not disadvantaged in day-to-day life. It isn’t a charity and it isn’t a badge. It’s a commitment that has to show up in how we recruit, how we work, and who we work with.

Mindful Employer
Mindful Employer is a UK wide initiative run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust. Providing employers with easier access to professional Workplace Mental Health training, information and support, the initiative aims to help empower employers to take a lead in supporting the mental wellbeing of their staff. By signing the ‘Charter for Employer Positive About Mental Health’, Statement Property have made a public statement of our desire to support the mental health of our staff across the organisation.

The Disability Confident scheme is a free, voluntary UK government initiative designed to help employers recruit, retain, and develop disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. It is a continuous learning journey; we achieved Level 1 status of Disability Confident Committed and have progressed to Level 2 – Disability Confident Employer.
