Statement Property Group Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2035.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Our 2024 baseline totalled 0.61 tCO2e across Scope 2 (0.15 tCO2e) and Scope 3 emissions (0.46 tCO2e).

Emissions Reduction Targets

We are targeting a reduction to 0.30 tCO2e by 2029, a 50.8% reduction from our 2024 baseline. This relies on electric vehicles, remote-first operations, paperless systems and low-carbon procurement.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed initiatives include transitioning to 100% electric vehicles, adopting remote-first working and implementing digital-first operations. Future plans include appointing a FAIR Lead for sustainability oversight, employee education, supplier engagement on recycled equipment, restricting international travel, improving home-working energy efficiency, and securing EPC B-rated future offices.
