Through the hard work of our FAIR Lead, Sarah Goodwin, we have been recognised as a Disability Confident Employer. The Disability Confident Scheme is a UK government programme that helps employers recruit, retain and develop disabled people and people with long-term health conditions. It provides guidance and resources to help employers remove barriers, offer reasonable adjustments and build more inclusive workplaces. This is something that our FAIR Lead, Sarah Goodwin has been championing, and we are proud to have progressed from Level 1 to Level 2.
