Named supplier on the Government Commercial Agency Framework

Statement Property Group (SPG) has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, enabling public sector organisations across the UK to access senior-led commercial property and strategic estates advice. SPG has been appointed on the following Lots: · Lot 2 – Estate (Property) Management · Lot 3 – Agency and Lease Management · Lot 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice The framework supports central government departments, local authorities, NHS bodies, emergency services and education providers in procuring compliant, high-quality property and asset management services from approved suppliers. Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector achieve commercial benefits of £5.3 billion, supporting world-class public services and best value for taxpayers.
